Shipping Shipping is not a profit center for The Croft. Where we can, we will endeavour to keep the shipping costs as low as possible (such as split the order into two parcels). We will advise you when we do this and refund you the balance - or off-set it against your next purchase - you decide. International clients may have a different shipping rate. Damages & Problems We hope you will be delighted with your purchase and won't have any problems. Unfortunately even with the best of intentions, there are occasional problems such as damages or other problems from mail carriers, like missing parcels. Please contact us immediately about this. And please give us a chance to solve to problem. (please note: we may require you to send us a quick note via email, fax or post to verify damage or loss - this is for insurance purposes) Delivery & Returns You should receive the products you ordered promptly and in excellent condition. Products should be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Our products are genuinely made by hand and each batch is slightly different. If you are unhappy in any way with the products delivered, please email us at sales@thecroft.be. We will replace any damaged or defective products including the cost of postage and packing. Your satisfaction with our products is our primary goal. We may ask you to return damaged or defective products at our expense. Any sale items or clearance items: all purchases of this type are final and we will not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellations If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order you can do so by email to sales@thecroft.be at any time up to 7 working days after you receive the products. Please return the products to us unused and in the condition in which you received them. On receipt we will refund you the cost of the products less a reasonable charge for any used, damaged or missing products but not the postage and packaging cost. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Gift Receipts If your purchase is a gift please let us know and we will attach a gift receipt. This is so the person receiving the gift will not know the price paid for the items, but may be able to return or exchange them with us. Accuracy of content We have taken great care in the preparation of this site as we do our products. We have honestly described the beneficial essential oils in each product; however, everyone's skin is different and particularly sensitive skins may react differently to the products. If you have very sensitive skin we would suggest testing for a few days on a small patch of skin. You can see from the testimonials that our soaps have benefited clients with different skin problems but this may not happen in every case.
